Mornings

Lately I've been trying to enjoy mornings more.  It is such a great time to relax and start the day off right: yoga, french press coffee. . .  I've always loved this post from Kate on her blog For Me, For You.

"I have never been a morning person in my whole life, we both used to stay up til 12 or 1 and get up with barely enough time to get ready and run out the door, but now we go to bed around 10 and get up with at least two hours to read, eat, and get ready nice and slow. Every Friday morning we get up extra early and walk to the farmers market, my favorite ritual and plus of living in this weather. I wish the mornings went on forever."

On My Radar No. 1

I thought it might be fun to do a compilation feature of my ever growing wishlist.

I have been wanting a new key fob for a while now (to replace my "2006" one from high school) and this Kate Spade tennis racquet one is perfection.  Maybe I can justify getting it for a community college graduation present ;)  I've also been loving ikat patterns, cross-body purses, and panama hats.

It's crazy how many completely unnecessary wants a person can have in this world.  Guilty. . .

Gorman Winter Collection

I love all the colors and patterns of Gorman's newest collection.  I can't wait to go to Australia in a few years and shop all the wonderful Australian designers.

I came across Jessica Comingore's blog through For Me, For You a few days ago. As I perused the archives, I fell in love with her Snapshot to Style feature. It's such a fun way to look at fashion, because inspiration can come from anywhere.
